The world is on fire.
The llibret accompanies the falla project of the same name presented in 2025 by the Mossén Sorell–Corona commission, featuring a monument conceived as a large typographic totem that draws attention to the global situation: social tensions, armed conflicts, and climate crisis. A falla with an urgent message, designed by the studio Lo Siento.
The publication is conceived as an archival container: a folder housing interior spreads of various sizes, printed in black and white on white and grey offset papers. The content —texts and images— is bound with a fastener, a system that reinforces the documentary aesthetic and aligns with the tone of the material.
The editorial design takes the idea of reference material as its starting point. The use of monospaced typefaces and the absence of color strengthen that intention: to offer a raw, direct, almost analytical reading of the world we live in.
The publication documents and provides context rather than decorates.
