L'Albufera, 40 aniversari.

L’Albufera – 40th Anniversary of the Natural Park
8 July 1986 marks a milestone in the history of Valencia’s natural heritage. On that day, through Decree 89/1986, the Generalitat Valenciana declared the area comprising L’Albufera Lake, its surrounding wetlands, and the adjacent coastal sandbar (La Devesa del Saler) a Natural Park.

For this campaign, developed in collaboration with the technical team of Parc Natural de l’Albufera, we created a series of posters dedicated to some of the park’s most emblematic species. The illustrations feature the red-crested pochard (sivert), the great egret (agró blanc), the samaruc (Valencia toothcarp), the European eel, the bearded reedling (serenet), the common genet (geneta), and the common kingfisher (blauet), together with a representation of the Mediterranean forest of La Devesa del Saler.
